Member Advisory Committee Application
Thank you for your interest in joining the LCI Corporate Member Advisory Committee. Committee members will include a representative section of LCI’s corporate members, including Designers, General Contractors, Owners, Trade Partners, and Vendors. Additionally, consideration will be given to ensure diversity in firm size and location.
Committee members will:
- Provide insight on how employees lead or encourage organizations to adopt and deploy Lean effectively on projects, and how LCI can best support them in these efforts
- Review, evaluate, and recommend improvements to LCI member benefits
- Alert LCI to emerging issues and trends that may create opportunities for LCI to serve members
- Offer guidance and feedback on issues and counter measures staff may identify
- Recommend potential companies that LCI should follow up with regarding membership.
